The role of the Associate, Insights is to assist the Consumer Insights Managers in identifying how the digital economy is shaping the U.S. consumer and support the Carat planning teams by responding to research and competitive media requests. This is accomplished by using proprietary and industry research resources to make media-actionable recommendations for Carat planning teams and when needed, new client prospects. The Associate will be responsible for running reports, analyzing data, working with research vendors, understanding methodologies, and helping bring the consumer to life.
