To provide day to day support to your account planning and buying teams.


LIFE Planning

  • Immerse yourself in the LIFE process so that you can apply it across all that you do when working with your agencies, clients and team mates.
  • Focus specifically on the LIVE, FACILITATE and EVALUATE
  • Assist your team with ideas for the briefs that come in from your Agencies/Clients.


DATA and Systems understanding

  • Data is increasingly at the heart of what we do and the way in which we understand/analyse/plan and buy OOH campaigns.
  • At Assistant level you should be trained and confident in using all proprietary and industry related tools to which we subscribe (including Mendelssohn, Tops for TAB, OCS)
  • You are also expected to be aware of OOH metrics – what is currently available and scheduled to go live in the coming periods
  • You must be proficient in OCS usage and able to pull your own runs. Insights may guide the process, but tasks should be fulfilled by planning teams.


DIGITAL OOH/Convergence

  • You should become acquainted with OOH digital developments/networks, “SoLoMo” solutions relevant to OOH.
  • Start to get some understanding of the ways in which technology can be used and integrated into our campaign planning and negotiations


Following are the more specific day to day tasks that you will be expected to execute.


Agency/Client Management

  • Contribute to planning brainstorms ideas for briefs and pitches.
  • Ensure that you keep your Agencies/Clients up to date with all relevant OOH market developments relevant to their brands
  • Delivery and upkeep of all campaign documentation i.e. send your agency/client contacts – creative specifications, overage requirements, deadlines, shipping instructions, creative pre-approval requirements and manages clearances.
  • Coordination of campaign - creative rotation, posting instructions, hard down dates, creative/production contacts and auditing requirements.


  • Produce and develop charts and spreadsheets for business analysis.


Supplier Management

  • Nurture and develop supplier relationships. Become a key point of contact for your team.
  • Support Media Investments in handling all RFPs to media suppliers based on planning parameters and help coordinate site selections.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and the Investment Managers to deliver added value and push back for more where appropriate.
  • Support Investment Manager during the negotiation and finalization of buys.
  • Collect from the suppliers – specs, overage requirements, deadlines, shipping instructions and any pre-approval requirements for art work and manages clearances.
  • Where campaigns fall short/under perform on delivery assist the Media Investment team where needed in the negotiation of compensation.
  • Ensure team have an up to date knowledge of new products coming onto the Market.
  • Compulsory attendance at vendor meetings


Process Management

  • Assist Media Planners and Buyers with all day to day campaign delivery.
  • Gather insight and study information about consumer OOH habits.
  • Evaluate site content i.e. locations/placement/ environment, calculates impressions, CPM, GRPs, reach and frequency for specific target groups and campaigns.
  • Collate proposals from suppliers and SBUs.
  • Review campaign location lists, maps reconciling with the plan and following up on anomalies.
  • Support Investment Manager during the negotiation and finalization of buys.
  • Work with the Media Planners to submit all campaign paperwork, client set up and buy authorizations
  • Support Media Planners in producing/securing ATB and CIF and all relevant contract paperwork and posting instructions.
  • Fill in creative rotation chart and support Media Planners in providing regular updates to all relevant agencies/clients.
  • Maintain fluid communication as the primary interface between Posterscope and the Client’s creative agency
  • Work with the Media Planners to set up and coordinate field inspections, rides and monitors performance throughout the program/campaign.
  • Support Media Planners in the development of POVS & competitive analysis.
  • Support the team in development and execution of media plans and client growth.
  • Support the Media Planners in resolving billing discrepancies.
  • Work with Traffic Coordinator to compile all measurement details, location lists and maps.
  • Work with Media Planners to collect and review POP and prepare post buy reports
  • Provide marketing with a campaign synopsis to develop Posterscope marketing materials.
