  • Overview

    The Global Client Finance Analyst is responsible for the overall financial management of our clients, their commercial agreement, reporting and general day-to-day activities. The Analyst supports the Global Client Finance team and the finance leads for all financial deliverables to clients, including reporting, reconciliations and staff plan reviews. The Analyst works closely with the various team leads across the organization and the sister agency finance teams to ensure financial elements of the client relationship are communicated, tracked, monitored and managed.


    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Support efforts to prepare and produce all client financial deliverables
    • Support the Associate Director with the preparation and management of client staffing plans
    • Work closely with the Markets and sister agencies in the U.S. to ensure their billing processes align to the client agreement
    • Partner with the Global Client Finance team and the Global Finance Operations team to manage Revenue Budget and Forecasts – Global Team and Regional Communications
    • Occasionally support efforts to manage client collections and ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner
    • Prepare, review and distribute monthly financial reports to account leads and finance teams
    • Manage intercompany revenue cross charges
    • Prepare and provide reporting on staff utilization
    • Serve as the main contact and lead on management of T&E budgets and processes for the client globally
    • Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed
    • Assist Directors of Finance and Global Client Finance team with special projects
    • Provide proactive analytical support and other ad hoc financial analyses to the business leaders
    • The role of the Client Financial Analyst demands attention to detail that removes the possibility of careless errors

    Client & Internal Relationships
    • Develop and maintain relationships with agency personnel related to financial processes and deliverables
    • Provide ongoing reporting and analysis to client teams related to client and job profitability
    • Work with client teams to ensure revenue tracking systems are up to date
    • Work closely with the client teams to stay abreast of changes and modifications to client budgets

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
    • 3+ years experience in a finance or accounting role
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
    • Initiative and ability to manage multiple projects as well as strong follow through skills
    • Excellent working knowledge of Excel
    • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (written and oral)
    • Superior organization abilities, strong attention of detail, and advanced project management/customer service skills
