Overview

Accountable for the business readiness within target EMEA markets to drive the adoption of the DAN AX Finance solution.  Ensures that any required business, process, reporting or organizational changes are properly identified, managed and implemented according to the agreed AX programmer methodology, including those associated with ancillary system and interdependencies with parallel work streams and projects.

 

 

Responsibilities

Responsible for all areas of Business Readiness within the EMEA target markets, including training, implementation of change impacts, super user networks and communication activities.  Acts as the key point of contact for all Business Readiness related activities for the in scope markets throughout the project lifecycle from initial Mobilization through to Go-Live and Hypercare.

 

Working with the Global Business Readiness Lead to develop and deliver a tailored Business Readiness approach for each EMEA market in scope

Owning the development and delivery of Business Readiness, Training and Communications activities and deliverables in the market in line with the defined Global Framework, including but not limited to:

o   Impact of Change Assessment

o    Process Change Impact Report

o    Stakeholder Assessment

o    Local Super User / Change Network

o    Training Needs Analysis

o    Local Training Plan

o    Local Communication & Engagement Plan

o    Local Job Impact Assessment

  • Stakeholder management and engagement, including establishment and ownership of Local Super User Change Network Framework
  • Providing Business Readiness, Communications and Training support across the regional project team
  • Working with the Global Communications Manager to develop and deliver strategic Communications to the market
  • Identifying, raising and resolving risks to end user engagement, buy-in and solution adoption
  • Identifying, raising and supporting suitable resolution to job, process and policy impacts
  • Managing and reporting on market business readiness project plans
  • Driving the mapping of current-state and future-state business processes for the market
  • Managing the roll-out of end user training
  • Managing the update of SOPs with the outsourcing partner
  • Managing the market readiness checklist and co-ordinating the go / no-go process
  • Acts as the key point of contact for go-live and post go live support activities
  • Ability to quickly understand business context and operations

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ERP finance modules and associated business processes
  • Strong facilitation and relationship building skills
  • Ability to turn complex process and solution design documentation into simple and easy to digest business communications
  • Excellent managerial and communications skills
  • Ability to interact and work with senior stakeholders to deliver change
  • Has previously worked on multiple ERP implementations
  • Experience managing and delivering change, training and/or communications on multiple, global ERP transformations
  • Experience of working in the professional services industry
  • Experience in using, refining and applying change management methodologies
  • Has previously worked on multiple ERP implementations
  • Experience managing and delivering change, training and/or communications on multiple, global ERP transformations
  • Experience of working in the professional services industry
